expectations: to look at the project expense and budget report for 8 funds and see the details to put together a quarterly report for second quarter

like, try and do it by self. because working with the financial manager for the dept is a nightmare okay.

reality: none of the expenses that were part of the first quarterly report are reflected on the PEB

these 8 accounts are for a special program that only one finance person in the dept manages (the one i do not like working with) and i am like

"please to be telling me you are not keeping all of this info on a spreadsheet on your computer"

"please to be telling me you are actually using the online system for accuracy and integrity's sake"

"p l e a s e"

i am not even IN FINANCE (which is why i am boggled about why i'm expected to put this quarterly report together)

but even i understand that not doing so is irresponsible if not HELLA SHADY...

while we're on fun facts and spreadsheets: there are three near-identical quarterly reports for the previous quarter

i say "near identical" because they should all be the same, since it is the SAME REPORT

and yet the numbers vary significantly in e a c h
