Who else started a new fitness program this year? How's it going for you?
My elbow is much more flexible since I've upped my daily Jack Daniels reps from 2 to 10 shots per day!

I started parking the car on the other side of the garage. Adds ten feet to the trip to the car.

Grins at HighDef! Now that should be my motto. But alcohol 🍺 darn it, is limited for me... one drink a week - ha aha or 4-5 a month. And sometimes I abstain so later I can enjoy a weekend wth family and friends.

And SteveBob I love the little things that add up. My 22 minute workouts in the morning turn into 20 minutes of Pilates at lunchtime. I need more walking than my two miles a day... but better weather will fix that soon.
