Even with only half his powers, chaos is still overpowered, and I'm still not sure how to fully describe what may or may not be his Ether powers.

I...think the Game I database mentions him as an exception to the 'all Ethers are nanomachines' rules? Along with Jr.

The wiki kind of hinted at that too, though it didn't outright say it, so I kept waffling between whether or not Jr. and chaos were the exceptions to the nanomachine rule.

And of course, the Perfect Guide doesn't say anything about it. At least, not that I could find. But if your memory matches up with what I've found, then I'll go with it! ^^;
