Incredibly today may go up to 80 degrees! My poor Quince blooms will wilt in that,
And I must cut some sprigs of the daphne bush- it's scent is heady fragrance with a hint of spice. 
That's a gorgeous plant. But blooming way too soon?
three weeks early. If we get a freeze it will really hurt.

I don't think I've ever seen Daphne. It's beautiful. Wish we had smell-o-vision.

horribilis - I saw it in Japan when I lived there and searched for it here- finally found a nursery that handled them.
