Sleep?

Tried sleep and pills no luck ,you know those sick headaches in the middle of your forehead that won't shift

I didnt even have the fun of getting drunk first so no fair lol

That's seriously cruel.

Many different things could cause a headache. Simple things to try: If the weather is dry, do a saline nose spray. Most winter headaches can be solved by that.

Water, lots of water

its sounds like the area you are describing is the sinus area. If its a sinus infection, you can try pills for sinus headache.... Another cause could be missing a meal. .. But if its none of those, try googling your symptoms for more possible causes or make a DR visit. Might be serious

Also, if spring has started where you live, it could be hay fever. ... Feel better soon
