Alas, most of my MGS knowledge is too secondhand to attempt to play Otacon.
CLEARLY, THIS JUST MEANS YOU SHOULD PLAY THROUGH THE MGS GAMES
or at the very least watch LPs! (chip cheezum has rly good ones i reccommend)
