It's not too late to GET INFECTED!

Quick question about the Written Telepathy? It says that it's whatever you're thinking at the time, but as I play a character that pretty much says what he thinks most of the time, could I play around with it and have it be repressed or subconscious thoughts as well?

And/or have it be more than just a word? I just don't want to have it be too much and wind up going against what the actual curse is.
