Giving up soda was one thing. Giving up things you've been eating for 90% of your life? Ha! That's going to be a challenge. already told Mom to hide the ramen.

Ramen is extremely bad for you anyway. So really not a bad thing to give up
And as someone who had to do an extreme diet change in the last year, it's going to seem depressing for a while but you'll find a groove and foods you can eat and like
So don't feel too overwhelmed. It gets better and easier to manage.
I am overwhelmed. It's like I've been stripped of everything at once
I know. But there are things out there you can safely eat
Currently munching on cottage cheese. It's become my go-to snack
Do you like nuts? They're filled with good fats and low sugars
My boss is diabetic so when I see her next I'll ask her if she has any good tips I can pass on
fruits and veggies are good too for snacking and incorporating into things
