normally u talk to him, he tells u where to find it, and u catch and bring it back

they actually programmed in that if ur riding it, you get and automatically complete the quest in a single string of dialogue

cause hes like WOW I WAS LOOKING FOR THAT HORSE

take a guess how i completed the quest
