so the day after the phone interview, I get a call from one of the bosses. He wanted to meet me today @ shore memorial hospital for when he was done with his meeting.

so I went and met him for a face-to-face interview today. Went very well. He was impressed! He was surprised that I'd been unemployed since december.

"But you seem so... hireable! How could anyone not want to hire you, you're personable, professional, plus you're a veteran! Who doesn't wanna help out our troops?!"

Had to explain that the Marine Corps was kinda screwy with handing out the certificates for training that we completed.

But otherwise, looking good for me. I have a meeting on monday morning with the other boss (they manage two sides of the same coin) and they'll convene the council of high elders and make a sacrifice. If the old gods see fit, I'll get the job!

had the second interview and though I got no job offer today, they said they'll get back by the end of the week.

that being said, I'm sure I had the job walking in and walking out. it went super well.

the guy kept talking like he'd already hired me.
