7. How far did they get in formal education?
Chara is twelve so frantically googles Year 9 in Northern Ireland. It's possible they were held back a year (because it's hard to focus on studies when everything is coming to a breaking point) and are Year 8. Either way, they're pretty new to high school.

This would be... 7-8th grade in the American system I think.

School was a pretty miserable experience for them.

24. How does this person express love?
Frisk's a very physical/tactile person by nature, even if they have their own problems with unexpected touch. If it's safe and allowed, they'll nuzzle, hug, lean against, lie on top of, hold hands and maybe cling, depending on circumstance.
They also express love through gifts! This is something they share with Chara.

They'll put thought into them.

Unlike Chara, another way is also 'lets do something together', since they're somewhat of an extrovert but also because they've learned it's a good way to get people out of ruts sometimes. And also a good way to make friends/become even better friends

As for outright saying it? By the time they're comfortable enough that they can with seriousness, it's generally pretty obvious.

Their parents, both birth and adoption, also greatly contribute to who they are as a person now, and they're starting to pick up traits from Chara.)
