basically it's 'verbal fight/minor trigger' 'actual fight/major trigger' 'you have fucked up' for the negatives
'mutually positive interaction', 'done a major solid', and 'a shining moment of everything being okay' for the positives
all from the character's perspective

it's a bit rough and dirty tbh

also just did pitch! his CR's not as bad as King Mettaton, but he does have Frisk's highest negative CR at the moment

(i say at the moment.. pretty confident that's gonna stay true, as their only negative score)
