open letter to extroverts: "I have no plans for tomorrow" =! "Please aggressively attempt to make plans with me tomorrow." 
Also "no plans" are actual plans.
I usually try not to say I'm doing nothing for that exact reason but...
I need a week's notice before doing anything besides lying around my house like garbage.
