and if there isn't one i'm heading to the psych department
the problem is like. I know mostly for sure i probs have executive dysfunction, since that's what's fucking things up
but I don't know if that's ADD or an autism spectrum thing or just it's own animal
and it's $600 to test for one thing

We've all been there. It's really hard to force yourself to do something, so it builds up until you can't take it. The good news is that you can actually improve things a lot if you get the right treatment.

If animal blood works too (maybe worse tasting/less powerful than human or something), then between the local kosher butcher shop's discarded stuff and the local hospital's not-quite-willing-to-risk-it-in-patients-but-still-pretty-much-fine aged donations, they can probably feed the local vampire coven just fine.
