oh man, now that I've been reminded how much I love it (and it's basically summer already) I am living off salad spinach, baby mixed greens, turkey bacon, grilled chicken, Granny Smith apples, barely ripe pears, cranberries, red grapes, blue cheese, raspberry vinaigrette, and almonds.

it's going to have sugars in it if it's a fruit based one, but something like a pomegranate molasses based one would be good

you could also try switching to another sweetener that fits the flavor profile you're going for. honey, agave nectar, maple syrup or sugar, molasses

I might do half a sandwich with soup once or twice a week, but it's salad or veggies, cheese, crackers and hummus the other 5, lol
