This IT support so garang I oso sked to call.

previously the most common question is "My computer got error leh, why ah?" until I hammer them

Some users really need to learn to help themselves before bothering the garang IT support staff.

There was one doctor. Had a problem. PC won't turn on. Called helpdesk. The problem? PC not plugged in.
