Apps will be open as of June 1, with an intended start date of June 20.

Meanwhile, we will be putting up a new, first-official TDM just before apps open so people can voicetest and get app samples.

The new enablemeplz is this Saturday, so we'll probably put the TDM up Saturday morning in case you've got a quiet weekend ahead and want to toplevel ahead of time!
