they're probably going to give us 20 days from acceptance (which will be Wednesday)

but the weird thing is that we're finding out NOW is that they have city sewer, but a drilled well for the water. fine by us.

except that in the 9 or 10 years they've lived there, they haven't gotten a sewer bill. ever.

so we are going to have to call and check and get some sort of written statement from the village that they won't come back and get us for the bill or put a lien on the house or anything

because even if the sewer was 10 dollars a month, that's $120 times 10 which is $1200. you know damned well and good that sewer isn't only $10 a month, too
