What textures can you use in SL? My mind is dizzy with SL TOS and the former cgtexture site. What is the magic word I need to look for? I wanted to purchase a subscription to freepik, not sure if safe to use

freepik TOS says:
/usr/sbin/ennui

(v) does not use the content in the FreePik Selection or the Flaticon Selection in printed or electronic items [...] aimed to be resold, in which the content in the FreePik Selection or the Flaticon Selection is the main element (because of size, relevance or any other cause

anyway, the SL TOS isn't really relevant here, what you need to do is read the TOS of the site where you want to buy / download a picture

usually they have a pretty clear list of what is and what isn't allowed.

some sites offer a variety of licenses depending on whether it's no resale, physical item for resale, digital item for resale and how many of those will be sold

or limited licenses which only allow use in one commercial project

Thank you Sands and jackalennui! It does get confusing! lol Freepik confused me slightly. It said it offers a commercial license, but you are limited to how you use it, which I guess I can understand. The pattern was beautiful too :'-(
