we got our inspection done and sent an acceptance back blah blah blah fine

okay, so I JUST got off the phone with our realtor

she emailed a counter offer back to us

(we'd asked for a little money at closing to go towards a few repair costs)

they countered back with a little less, but said we could have the zero turn radius lawnmower (which is honestly probably worth twice more than the difference in money they are giving us, so we have no issue with that)

what we DO have issue with is that I just looked at the fucking email

the other realtor sent it to our realtor yesterday, at 415pm...

we just got it now at 530pm, and so we now have under 24 hours to get it back to her (and hubby is out of state ahahahaha)

luckily I have my computer and can do that, but fucking christ, lady

you knew he wasn't going to be here

what the hell, this woman

and you sat on the paperwork for over 24 fucking hours?

does she even want to sell you the house

I don't even fucking know

she SHOULD, for the price

cus she gets a cut of that commission

like i mean, i'm honestly like. Wondering if she has another client on the line who she likes better or something but you hired her first

it isn't her listing

I also made sure to say we signed and sent it within 2 hours of receiving it TONIGHT

so that the other realtor sees we got it 25 hours after she sent it to our realtor

i can understand the stress of working so many jobs, but you have to be on top of your shit if you're going to take on that many responsibilities

i think it's warranted at this point
