It's been so dead at work and a customer starting getting mad at me cause cell reception in our store is awful.

Like the second you walk into our store, you get no cell reception. We know this is a problem. WE can't get service either!
The wifi we have is only available for our store iPad. We don't have the password to use or give out
She told me it's an issue and I should let me manager know
And I told her we've asked about getting a public wifi because of the way our store is set up in the mall but our company just filed for bankruptcy
So I don't think they're gonna be shelling out money for our store to have wifi any time soon
We think our store had no service because there's a restaurant above us
So we're blocked from receiving cell service
She was like "well I think it's bullshit that I can't access my email from your store and you can't look up my rewards for me"
I was like I'm sorry. I know it's an issue. We've already brought it up and they can't do anything about it.
She was like "look I'm just trying to give your positive feedback"
What are you supposed to do, install a satellite with your bare hands?
I was like I get your complaint but there's literally nothing that can be done about it. Even telling my manager isn't going to fix the problem.
