I am seeing my ex girlfriend for the first time tomorrow since we broke up, does anyone have any tips on how to be ok/cope etc? I think I'll be OK but I don't really know how I'll react

If this is someone with whom you have no intention of getting back with, tell her from the start. "I want to be on good terms but I have no intentions of us getting back together."

She broke up with me, but yeah it would be a good idea to get across that I'm not into her like that any more, that should make it less awkward thank you

If you need anyone to chat to while you're there I'll be free on messenger all day I wish I was down south to be with you tomorrow but I literally travelled back to my dad's today if in doubt stick to Georgia!!!

she is a bit, she said she was planning on sticking w Vicky, besides whenever our group meets up I'm going off like 2 instances that I've actually been there it often fragments into lots of different convos and groups so just stick w those two and it will all be good

goddessmelanie I survived! It was OK she sat at the other end of the table and we didnt really speak but we participated in some of the same conversations together and I gave her a hug as I left so that's good
