Sisi is weird. He seems to either really like someone or really hate them with no real reasoning. The reason they give him to Cardia is that she's the first person he likes. After that he plays with Delly a lot too, but can't stand Lupin or Impey.

So I'll leave it up to you whether he like Lavi.
