okay the LAST issue was the painting on the outside of the small old house
but our lender is being a butt. they said we needed to get a memo from the "city" (ahahahaha city my ass. it's a tiny village) saying we aren't required to hook up to city water, since there's a well
we did that. we got it all done. WITHOUT our realtor. it was hubby and the seller's realtor
but then apparently yesterday (as hubby is taking care of funeral preparations for one of the ladies in the church who just died) and remember, everyone has shit cell reception up there, our lender called and said they want a similar memo for the sewer/septic stating that's according to code, too
and of course hubby didn't get the message immediately. he DID get it, but not quick enough for our realtor, apparently (she'd just seen him that morning at the convenience store, getting a cup of coffee and she didn't do more than say hi then)
so she was calling him panicking that we weren't going to get to close and he needs to 'do something' and yet again bitching about our lender choice because it's making her do some work... and she keeps reiterating she's just a part time realtor
ummm. last I checked part time realtors still have a full time loyalty to their clients to do their job?
they just have to limit how many clients they have
this is not a ridiculously difficult deal, as much as you're hearing me complain. this is typical stuff, especially for a VA loan and she knew we were trying to go VA from the beginning
of this is too much work for her, why did she insist we do a buyer's agent agreement?
the Sellers realtor is full time, and she's honestly doing at least half of our realtor's work for her
I wouldn't bitch so much if I hadn't been a realtor myself for a year -_-
things we considered everyday issues, old hat, she acts like they're the 10 labors of Hercules to get even one done
