if anyone knows of a sim for sale. I am looking for one that has been bought down already but will consider any sim as long as it is a private region.

I've decided to sell my sim. Underhill. It's grandfathered tier $195/month, regular number of prims (20,000). Tier date is the 5th of the month. I've offered it to some friends, so they have right of first refusal, so I wouldn't know for sure for a few days.
