It was just about how Thea always seems to show up at places bloody and beaten and how Alec's twin sister is a doctor and she found Thea and while helping her flirted horribly with her.

I don't know how Thea would react ot it.
Thea's used to it I think, I headcanon she's at least made out with girls in the pre series period during her party girl days.
So she flirts back but its meant in good fun since she's into guys (outside of one game where she's embraced her past somewhat to survive).
