I just recently started jotting down random things that happen day-to-day in my calendar program.

sure. I used to write in a diary...it was never a very consistent thing though. ...I'm forgetful.

I never kept up writing in a journal though. Like Shadey I'm forgetful. =)

yeah, I would only write in it before when I had too many thoughts in my head and it kept me awake at night...
