I did some register training today

It's a little overwhelming cause there's so much and I'm worried once I get a big complicated order I'm gonna be like ?????

Also we had a lady today freak out cause she wanted a replacement for a drink she got early that she didn't like

And my SL was trying to explain to her that it would be free but the lady kept yelling about how she wasn't going to pay $18 for a replacement drink

And then started telling everyone she was secretly from corporate and that our bad service is going to get us all in trouble

But security showed up and she ran off
