She misunderstood what I said and cut WAY too much of my hair off

I cried in the salon and felt even worse because she said she needed to go to the ER for her tooth. I absolutely hate it

did she do anything to try to fix it?

She did, but it was pretty far gone and there wasn't much that really could be done to fix it. I didn't really know what she was doing and I was too scared to speak up since she was the professional and I hate it when other people try to tell me how to do my job. I thought she knew what she was doing

with hair it's always okay to speak up if they're doing something you don't want

i went to cosmetology school and that's something that they really stressed to us

She was being really short with me. If she was sick and wanted to go to the ER, I wish she'd just gone instead of try to cut my hair

The owner was actually right there. I didn't have to pay for it, but the whole situation was a giant mess

I did leave a scathing review because the bad hair cut wasn't the only problem with the experience. She was also very rough with my head and new piercing. I'm not tender headed at all, so that's saying quite a bit if she's hurting me.

I didn't cuss or anything, I was honest, just very upset.
