and when I told hubby that I can actually cook a fish chowder like that, he said he'd go drive up to Hancock to the market to get it for me LOL

they had lake trout and white fish and salmon and perch and just all the local stuff here all of them regular and smoked and they also had some fish sausages which are intriguing we're going to have to buy some and try just because
