I don't like register normally at any job but at Starbucks it's like 20x as stressful

I don't have great hearing and people are always mumbling and it's loud in the store

And they talk fast sometimes and I'm still lot familiar with the register so I take so long

I'm still learning how to like

Do the coffee and food at the same time

And not just stand there like hurrr

Yeah it's hard to get that nice balance

I did okay!

I have to remember to ask if they want their ice coffee or teas sweetened tho

I kept forgetting to ask and I felt bad when the barista kept coming back and asking

I started getting better about handling my orders and stuff tho
