Morning Yall!!. A quick question for the hair makers!!. When your in blender do you use a guide for the head? so that the hair is aligned in SL?

avastar also comes with nifty shape sliders just like the SL shape editor and i think you can even import your own shape directly (instead of re-creating it slider by slider) so even if you're not rigging the hair, you can test how it will look on your own head or any shape you want to try, and not just the SL default

Persey: jackalennui: Thank you!! I did buy the Avastar. It doesn't fit my catwa head when I import it into SL. And if I rig it. it's worse so i'll try unrigged for now. I'll try using my sl shape with avastar.

Persey: oood didn't know that. So thats why when i rig the hair it looks like it's clipping or that my heads moving underneath

Persey: true. but unrigged is fine. so i'll focus on getting my hair to fit just right. Ow think its possible to get a hairbase on my head in blender?

Persey: Hahaha I'm thinking with a hairbase I hair a view of where the hair should be cause uploading costs lindens. I'll see if youtube has any vids if it's possible. Thanx again ^_^
