hurricanes are terrible
you see them coming for days but you still cant quite predict where they will go. tornadoes just kinda show up and wreck things and go away.

Having been in a couple of them (well typhoons which are the same things just in a different part of the world) I can confirm this.
the closest i got to one was sandy but after it missed a lot of tje caribbean. there was a lot of rain and we werent allowed in the ocean for a couple days.
Two of them hit Ulsan in the four years I was there, plus I was on an iskand vacation my first year in Korea (99) when a Typhoon hit there.
