I prefer Lelutka heads myself, I find them easier to work with, but yeah, it's a big preference thing, play around with the underlying shape and skins and so on before you make a decision, the demos allow you to try them out quite thoroughly.

All the Catwa bento heads have the same usage features and HUD systems and so on, so it's really down to what you like the look of. Personally, of Catwa heads, I like Lona, tho.

No more than with a system shape

Basically, the skin does make a big difference on how you look, but just like with a normal shape, you figure out what shape you want, and then demo skins on that, rather than the other way around

The point is: Try both at once. Try on skins with a demo head on, tweak the shape while you're doing that. Get to a combination you're okay with, and work from there.

Try some demos, of course, is the best advice. I prefer Lelutka, but I do own some Catwas. They don't shift too far from their overall look without getting pretty un-proportionate, so find one that feels "you" without too much futzing around. Your Classic av shape won't be easily turned into a Bento shape, FYI, the sliders react very differently.
