Right now I've just got Cardia, Hiyoko, and Lann in the Far Shore.

Lann is new, but doing okay so far. Idiots are always fun to play.

Cardia and Hiyoko are feeling a little directionless lately, but that's mostly my fault since house related anxiety has really slowed me down for the past month.

Once that's all sorted out I'm gonna try to find some goals for them.

No drops in sight. And I think 3 is about the number of characters I can handle in TFS.

I did recently pick up a new muse though, and after house stuff settles down I might hunt around for a game for him.

Is there such a thing as a short term plotty type game that ISN'T a murdergame? Because I think that would be a lot of fun.

I've seen a lot of people talking about wanting one! I think mystery and horror would both lend themselves super well to short-term plotty games

And that For Barrayar game a while back was short-term and plot-heavy, too

Even a classic jamjar works fine if it's billed as short-term so there's the prospect to "solve the game" without killing future prospects... because the game is short-term anyway.

Yes! Something like that. A problem to solve or a non-murder related mystery.

What I had been thinking of was a bunch of smaller plots given to different groups but all in the same setting. So it's connected and interrelated. And then the solutions all combine to solve the larger setting plot.

But honestly I'd love anything short term that wasn't murder focused. I don't really mind some murder in my rp, but too much of it just overloads me.
