Imagine checking/grading ~40 test papers/kids every month on top of preparing for a lesson plan. If you can live with that, that'd be awesome. I couldn't.
I was a trainer for a BPO before. Training itself is great, but the administrative work that goes on outside the classroom is a whole different beast. Much respect for educators.
I believe you need units na to be able to teach. It’s part of the whole “upgrading the status of teachers” thing which they have been implementing for several years now.
I enjoyed teaching dance somehow, I guess academe is another planet. But yeah, thanks for the insight guys, just thinking, in another parallel universe, I am a teacher. Not here
