I've been in worse winds before. I've seen bigger waves... but that isn't the ocean; those are Lake Michigan and Lake Superior

and then it snowed, 40 miles from the house

I drove over the freaking bridge in the wind and that wasn't even close to the worst part of the drive, ha

no clue. I wouldn't have gone out where they were. I stopped at a few roadside areas, but I was back away from the shore and had enough sense to stay in my vehicle
