professional massages are a weird concept cause you're paying some stranger to caress your cares away, physically.
And I realize that's a weird way of saying it but
1. it's 1:30am
2. ima do it anyways.
touch ma body... But not like that.
mc hammer echoes in the distance can't touch this... except you, and only as long as it's my muscles. and only if you're gonna make em not be hurting.
stop having my body ache please.
I've known people who get them and they swear it's one of the best things they've ever done, they usually end up having conversations as they're getting worked on, like some people do when getting their hair cut
I don't remember writing any of this
... But I'm still looking forward to it. also, I don't think I could really have a conversation during. it'd be too distracting.
night posting can be an interesting experience, it's like sleep-talking-you did it, but you have zero recollection of it
I sleep talk a lot actually, according to
Bluegenius well it's more like talking during those few non existent minutes in that liminal space between very tired and actually asleep.
Brian have you never had a massage??
I have never had a massage for I am poor af
The place I like to go here has daytime specials
And there are some places that do $1/minute in 10 minute intervals around too
Nice! When are you going?
Also, Groupon often has massage offers. But yeah- still pricey.
we went to Spa day lux. new girl Suzie was excellent.
Luxe was opened by a local retired policeman whose aim was affordable massages.
if I lived closer, I'd consider going there, but a two hour drive for a massage sounds too stressful XD
nah I just mean you gotta see if there's a place like that around. Places like Massage Envy and those other chains want to sell you memberships.
Actual day spas are expensive
but almost everywhere you can find a smaller place with better prices
