gets popcorn ready

a few weeks ago, this one woman came in while I was closing and had a drink with her, complaining it wasn’t right and that her mother made it (at my location) and while I side eyed the whole at my location thing, I remade the drink anyway cause t was obviously a new drink

I remember cause it was a complicated af drink

venti caramel frappuccino, extra shot, made with heavy whipping scream, extra caramel and extra whip cream

fast forward to about 30 minutes ago and the same woman came by

I recognized her and went “oh! she wants me to make her drink again since she said I made it well the other night”

she and her ‘sister’ say they want two of em and walk off

and I’m all, “.... um, you still need to pay.”

cue them starting to get angry at me because their mother talked to someone in starbucks (and that’s an important note) saying we messed up their drink and we have to replace it

I stare at them, ask who said it was okay and they said the name Olga works at starbucks

.....

I tell them we don’t have anyone in starbucks with that name and when they correct themselves by saying she was the store manager and I confirm

they’re like YOU TOLD US NO ONE WITH THAT NAME WORKS HERE

and I’m all, “... you asked if someone in starbucks was named that.”

and they were trying to get me to talk to the mom on the phone but then they were like “WE’RE GONNA FIND OLGA AND SHE’LL TELL YOU”

instead of olga, my other manager came by and talked to them and they were still determined to get Olga, so she went and got her and they waited

and then Olga came by and she was like “wtf are you I never talked to anyone” and they were ‘trying to get ahold of their mom’ again until finally they just walked out
