true but i grew up in Louisiana and thus never got to see snow so now i am a grown woman who loves snow (also because i don't drive lol)

I drive and this is the beginning of months of winter now. plus it's hard to take little kids trick or treating in snow

I normal love snow, but it's too early for it, bleh

not early for up here, though, apparently

i heard La Niña is gonna make it a very cold winter

still, I'm looking forward to decorating this house next year

ah yeah, I remember Halloween snow

they had the coolest trick or treat in Houghton Saturday, Lec!

we found out accidentally

we went to the comic store for their trick or treat, but I didn't realize they had all of the main Street headed towards the bridge closed down for it

so we went down 3 or 4 blocks of it, then came back

cus baby. and 37 degrees -_-

and omg Shopko had some great decorations

oh, that's awesome!

and pumpkin donuts. and apple donuts.

at least it's easy to do fall things up north, lol

I kind of wish we had an apple press. it'd be fun making cider next year

it also makes me wonder if apples get sweeter like grapes when they make ice wine

(and apparently yes, there is ice cider. mostly made in Canada)
