anyone seen this on Flickr?

I'm in two minds about it, I can sort of understand where the designer is coming from but at the same time I think it's free advertising as well.

I'm more seeing it like a sim with gorgeous decor etc that someone sees and decides they just need, I can be accused of doing just this myself lol. I dunno I'm just seeing as a decor that can be used and placed on land or a club, something along those lines. These backdrops can be used for anything to me.

I am hugely in support of the valuable resource of backdrops set out for bloggers. Having photography places is not a new thing. Once someone purchases an item it is up to them if they want to rez it somewhere.

Daeberethwen Yeah that's my thought too, it's a great thing and you know I'd love for more stuff like this to be available, it's a great way for people to see the items out on show and say "oh my gosh, that would look amazing in that corner of my sim" etc etc

Astralia says it's not about the money for her but honestly it sounds to me like it is and I like her a lot so I'm very disappointed.

And I don't think this will impact sales at all. The people who will buy them will buy them anyway and people who wouldn't have bought them in the first place may now use them in credited pictures.

In fact, I miss a lot of items at events. So seeing a backdrop at that sim may teach me about a place or a item I didn't know about that I want.
