turns out, I never had scoliosis! My muscles in one side are just tighter and my problem is compensation and inflammation

i had full spinal xray and assessed by chiro. he'll help me realign stuff over time :-) it is expensive but if it cures my frequent annoying migraines and other body issues it will be worth it!

some nerves are ipit by bones and are inflamed :-( is why migraines and ngalay back feeling. probablg because when i pole sometimes i favor using one side of the body XD

awww.....I have scolio for 7 years already though my doctor told me to change my sleeping position...padapa pa ang advice sa akin kaso nde ko rin nasunod. Had a chiro session before at NY Theraspine and they found out that matigas ung muscles sa likod ko.
