Yumoto copes by being oblivious for as long as he can. And when that fails aggressive meddling until the problem is solved.

And if he can't do that, staring off into space and repetitive physical behaviors.

Lann.... actually deals with things pretty well. He's one of those people that freaks out immediately when there's a problem but then calms down quickly and actually gets shit done.
