She’s developed a habit of vigorously shaking her head at things, which she did after the first couple of spoonfuls. I’m not entirely convinced she’s saying no.

that last pic says "yes moar i shall give these pasta pieces the tomato sauce nomming they deserve"

She was actually using that piece of breadstick as a vehicle to suck sauce off of.

given that she's still got a hand dipping something in the sauce and lots spread over her mouth i think it's a reasonable assumption to make

she's wiggling her head with yum!
