no these are totally free, just with the caveat that they'll be done in my own time ie they won't be done instantly

so full disclosure I was actually working on a personal edit project before opening up this plurk and I'm almost finished coloring on that, so that's why I haven't done any progress checks yet

I am absolutely not ignoring or putting off anything I'm just trying to decide what freaking color scheme this outfit should have

...and I've discovered yeah, resizing in photoshop and editing from there it's not that bad so if anybody wants fullbody edits I can do them from the smaller pictures

or splice them together from others from pieces that don't have full body shots for some reason cause, I'm kind of an artist on my own not just a glorified tracer

hey y'all mozart bringing an update: I haven't forgotten this at all, but it's been a busy week/weekend, if you're on my personal plurk you know my mom's in the hospital now and basically everyone in my house except me got sick, so that's been fun

it's also why I've been spotty on tags besides trying to force myself to focus on one thing and finish it

oh no I try to tailor it to what colors the characters wear in their default outfit, so dark blues/kinda greyish would have been my initial pick for walter

in fact having a nice specific direction where to put the colors is always very nice

no image this time since I'm running to bed, however TODAY: fixed walter's sleeves, he has proper sun protection now, final lines have started to be put down as well as shading

final lines/check before I put down the colors and head off to work!

also with color picking I noted that walter's hair seems to be largely the same ash/dishwater blonde color maka's is same blonde

so, yes, she has dark brown hair, brown eyes and is of latina descent so a little darker than the original trainer sprite

she has long hair so itd be cool to have her hair hanging down if its not too much trouble

I'll do my best! it's like ten at night tho so I've put away my tablet

(also TW; scars. diana has whipping scars across her back that are healing so her back inst covered by her hair, and you're comfortable doing it, itd be neat to see them too

this is the only image of fullbody i found and i thought it might not be clear enough for you to work with

I've found enlarging them in photoshop and just like, because of the nature of how I do these it really doesn't matter if they're small, once I start drawing them it's like "oh it's okay, this is fine"

but that's also why I post progress checks, both for transparency and "okay does this look all right so far?" since it's FOR somebody else

also this is the edit I did for my child soldier character so haha yeah I'm good with doing scars, I'll just hope I'm doing them justice
