i really don't know what to do at this point

i have: run in admin, run in compatibility with windows 7, flushed the dns, made sure there was no proxy, turned off the firewall and antivirus, ran ccleaner, uninstalled, reinstalled, added -tcp to the end of the shortcut, edited host files

i ran malwarebytes

restarted the router

uninstalled and reinstalled the ethernet drivers

i have no goddamn clue where my flash drive is so i've been disjointedly trying to copy the files from my laptop, because at least steam fucking opens on my latop

even though

i just tried to change my password and steam was like, 'yo this session just started but it's now expired'

ive also done a system restore and reset my network settings and it still thinks I'm not online

this is EXTREMELY frustrating because now i can't stream FFXII either.
