I'd really like to try going keto, but I currently can't stop eating so much! Idk if I could be disciplined enough to go keto I need to lose weight doe! lol
Keto is def a diet that you decide to commit to. The first few weeks are the hardest. You just have to make the decision to do it and go 100% into it. Cheating on this diet completely backfires your progress. That one bite, or one drink, one cheat day is not something that you bounce back from easily. It takes weeks to start losing again.
As long as you make sure to eat plenty of fats, it does get much easier - insulin makes you want to keep eating; when you cut down its production by not eating carbs, you don't want to eat so much.
My spouse can eat carbs now in moderation [less than 100 g a day] and is still keeping in ketosis; I have to be a lot more strict, but we're both off of insulin injections.

Every single day of my life I have woken up sick to my stomach, until I started keto. I can't tell you how big of a difference I feel when I am eating right. There is a TON of support on fb and plurk. Like I said you just have to commit to yourself and trust the process. Stick with basics and really learn about the diet at first so you don't get overwhelmed.
