I'm sorry if you feel let down by this. I'm sorry to the people who run the events that I have loved being a part of. I don't want you to pity me but I do want you to understand why I made these mistakes.

As you know this is my livelihood, ny business. You know I buy textures, I buy animations, I don't buy scripts because I have a slave for that. I slipped into buying bits of models, to use, plants that I hate meshing, a couple of other bits and bobs. Then I really messed up and bought some other stuff.

Obviously I wish I could go back and not do that, you know I've been in this business for years and you know that I can build mesh. I am sorry for getting lazy and being stupid. Cheeky Pea has become like a production line. That's not we're really about. So I'm going to scale back, take my time and get back to how it used to be.

I'm going to get back to what my customers want, what the event organisers deserve and what gives the respect to my fellow creators. I haven't been stealing items or copying people, I've been a bit stupid. Because this means so much to me I have to be whiter than white. I pay a lot of money for raw materials and software.

It’s not like you did anything illegal. So many people produce content that isn’t their original mesh, as someone who has sat and watched you mesh (for many many hours) and has learned from you, I can say hand on heart your work is incredible and just because you didn’t mesh some plants (?!) shouldn’t take away from the amazing stuff you make

But while textures, animations, and scripts are acceptable raw materials, models and mesh aren't because that's what I'm supposed to be bringing to the party. The same way an animator can buy props, or a texture expert can buy mesh. It's not their core business. So I'm sorry to anyone who I've let down.

I have made a lot of mistakes in SL. Too many to count. I think many of us have. You learned from your mistakes and have a plan to fix it. Solid. You promised us @ Uber original mesh going forth. Truth and I believe in you and 2nd chances.

I'm not going to shrivel up in a corner though, I'm going to put more time and dedication into bring you fresh content. I hope you guys look forward to seeing the new stuff.

Thank you to Sophia and Truth for helping me through this, I've known both of them since the beginning of time and they know that I can and do make original items. I'm sorry to them that my stupidity has reflected badly on them. I'm sorry to my friends and my customers.

I have hundreds of gigabytes of my work going back around ten years or so should anyone need proof that I know what I'm doing. I've even taught other creators how to use Maya. I just done goofed.

I’m late to the party and honestly don’t know what the issues are, however it takes a pretty strong person to apologize regardless if it was warranted (which I kinda don’t think it I was). Thank you for thinking of your customers and fans.

I know there are a lot of people who don't know the whole extent of the situation who will continue to support this behavior, but most of her store (even dating back to 2014 now) has been using ripped models without any permission. This wasn't a simple mistake that can be forgiven, there is money that will never be returned, and meanwhile these items

are still being sold in her store, and a majority of her customers have no idea that what they purchased from her was not her own content. You can't simply "move on" meanwhile still continue to sell / lie to your customers. Also the website was contacted to be sure the models were not allowed for SL use.

However there were other options...

Step down from one or two events to be able to focus on the others.
Look for a business partner to split work wth
Sign up every other month to have more time to prepare items
Make simpler stuff to avoid quitting an event

It is possible to keep up with all the commitments without taking questionable choices. With this being said I don’t want to pitchfork/witch hunt/shame anyone, but I sit with Dust Bunny, Vespertine and Apple Fall on this. They have every right to feel outraged.
