Planning on putting up a post for Pilouette this month. She might be on the receiving end of some Anti-Otherworlder attitudes. I feel like I should know this, but...I know everyone gets a crystal, but is there any other way for an Empatheias native to look at someone and know "Yup, that's an Otherworlder!"
