a happy puppy. I'm watching game 5 of the World Series at home. Not in the hospital. I'd like to take a moment to thank everyone who sent in their support and prayers. It helped immeasurably and is greatly appreciated.

glad you’re home and able to spend time with the pup and your people and be in your own space. Heal up fast and get back to walking the pup and fretting over the Miracles!!!

Lette, the Boston Red Sox do their spring training in Fort Myers a few miles down the road from the Minnesota Twins and that was enough to give me a rooting interest during the Series.

Cinna, I was hospitalized for pneumonia. I was a bit .. Ok maybe a little more than a bit .. overdue for another pneumonia vaccine and I guess I got beat to the punch.

Wen, I have a pup sleeping next to me as I type. The plan is to resume short morning walks on Thursday or Friday and then add their evening walk as my strength improves.

It'll be nice now that it's finally getting cooler.

That sounds like a good plan, Thorn. That pneumonia things is sneaky. I know it wiped me out when I was 18 and resilient. I can't imagine how hard it would be to recover from it now.
